Sterre is from Holland and was a finalist on Holland's Superkids in 2015.

This video was posted to announce the release of Steere's,self titled, first EP. Her version of Dvorak's "Song to the Moon" is, in my opinion, brilliant. She took the time and effort to sing it in the original Czech language as opposed to some who just settle for the English version and there are a few of them on yt.

I think her tutoring from the Dutch soprano, Karin ten Cate, shines out in her performances. With careful management this girl will be a huge success.

So here are my favourite three Sterre songs.

She's very good, I wasn't really familiar with her, I just heard the name once or twice in prior forums. Since they are both from Holland, I wonder if she and Amira would ever team up for an event or concert?

They finally posted a YouTube video of this. I had trouble copying and pasting it from facebook. I can copy photos ok, but the videos give me an issue. As young as this kid is, 11 years old,I think she is very good.

A couple of days ago Sterre posted a picture of herself and her father on a plane "going somewhere to sing for millions of people".

Someone suggested she might be on that Little Big Shots show. I guess we will find out soon!!

Nice, and a nice change from hearing it sung by the usual opera divas. This will be on my playlist. My favourite diva to sing Carmen has been Denyce Graves.
Sterre will only get better. She's improved from her last effort.

This means that, as she will be singing in an opera, she will be an opera singer, as opposed to all the young singers these days who may have sung one or two operatic arias and are then, incorrectly, labelled as opera singers.

I know Patricia Janeckova has sung in an opera but know of no other singer, we know, who has. Correct me if I am wrong

Her Parents leading her Profile and use it, Sterre is only sometimes there. And her Parents don't post every video, because we in the Group are faster to found all
