Gurinel TV is a children's television station located in Moldova. It caters to young kids and has some very interesting and talented performances. Moldova is a very poor country and a show like this provides some healthy and entertaining content for young children. Adults like it too! I doubt it, they don't have any money to send someone to Junior Eurovision, or even to support enough orphanages. Sad But I think that channel gets broadcast across Eastern Europe based on the numbers of video views, so it is likely privately sponsored.
