But today I am crying!
I receive thousands of letters, comments and thanks from you my dear friends. But at the same time, there are people in this world who are full of envy and hatred. We call them “haters”.
I am very disappointed with how Youtube works. My channel “Karolina Protsenko Violin” https://www.youtube.com/c/KarolinaProtsenkoViolin is in danger of being deleted because some evil person, a fraud from Russia began to write complaints on my Youtube channel, using fake documents. Russian YouTube support team believed these fabricated documents and my channel received 2 strikes. On the 3rd strike my channel will be removed from YouTube. This is more than 400 million views and 3.96 million subscribers. My parents contacted YouTube support team via chat, emails and in two languages - Russian and English. We live in USA and the scammer is from Russia. There is no direct phone numbers to get in contact with YouTube. We got a reply only once to our countless emails. They answered to our appeal on the first strike. They told us that we need to wait 10 business days. But while waiting we got another strike from the same scammer. Russian-speaking YouTube copyright support team who believed fake documents of this scammer does not respond at all.
I am very disappointed at how YouTube handles these issues, and on this beautiful day I want to cry. I really hope that everything will end well, and this scammer will be found and he will get what he deserves.
My dear friends, please repost this post so the more people will know about it and YouTube responds to this situation faster and takes some actions. I believe that good will always win!

I am sure this will all work out, but it must be very frustrating! I recall someone else's channel actually went down for a while a couple years ago, I think it was Ana Kodra if I recall, then it was reinstated. So even if that happened, it can be corrected, but with the holiday weekend, it may be a few days.
