Well------that was interesting. I didn't see as many off the wall questions like some of the chats she has had before. That whole concept is a little ridiculous though. One Jackie and 84 million fans with a question. How many really expected to get their question answered? lolGarth C wrote:

These are all the questions that were answered from the chat on Facebook today. I got this link from another Jackie site:

That's true Charlie, and the most interesting thing to me was how Jackie fielded the questions with diplomatic, sensible answers.
All the questions saying "Will you be coming to (insert country)..." were a waste of time. She answered each one with "I'd love to", because she doesn't know and doesn't organise her own concert trips.
The rest were predictable with one or two interesting answers. She did very well, and she did tell us she was answering the questions herself; nobody behind the curtain (shades of AGT accusations lol).
Thank you Garth, for providing the text of the Q&A for those of us who didn't get to see it live.

Re: Jackie Evancho
In the old days I was the one to move "Jackie info" to the form, (untill Don helped out too)
I have not kept up on here But: Jackie just had a concert in NJ and here is a review :D
"Jackie Evancho
Morristown, N.J.
April 28, 2016
I have a difficult time in determining which of the Jackie concerts I have attended, is the best. Each in its own right was the best at that moment. Of course as I look back upon these many experiences my mind will select some with fonder memories than the rest. Much has to do with the physical circumstances in which I found myself at any particular concert. For instance where I have sat in relationship to the stage has had a big influence on my concert experience. The further from the stage I have found that the full impact of the concert was not as strong as when sitting the first several rows. Much of Jackie concert performance is not just in the singing and orchestral backup but in being able to see the expression and emotion found within her facial expressions. This can be extremely powerful with Jackie.
To sit towards the back, and in a couple of instances in the back, I was not able to experience that physical expression of facial emotions and audience contact. Therefore these concerts took on a far different perspective. This was the case with the Morristown concert since my seat was about halfway back in the orchestra section. Therefore I cannot judge it in the same way as when I have been in the front rows. Just a side note: I believe if you haven’t had that up-front experience you have not fully experienced a Jackie performance.
With that said, I will say sitting further back gave me more of an experience of the audience and its responses. The four major audience “in performance” standing ovations were rewarding to see. These standing ovations were not just a few people but included a vast majority of the audience. “Music of the Night” and “Nessun Dorma” almost brought the whole house to their feet. I was surprise to see the large standing ovation for “Lovers” but it shouldn’t have been so surprising since she nailed it. As I reflect back, seeing the makeup of the audience, the theater would have no roof on it if she had sung “Over the Rainbow”. Maybe that’s why she didn’t sing it. To say the least the audience,(mainly middle and older in age) was really into her performance. They were like spell bound throughout.
The elderly couple sitting next me was given tickets to the concert by their daughter. This was their first Jackie concert experience and they too were spell bound. In talking with them during intermission they were overwhelmed by her voice and couldn’t believe what they were hearing and seeing. The total audience experience and reaction, beyond just the fans, is probably what I will remember most about this concert in addition to Jackie’s actual performance. Although I missed being upfront, I am happy to have had this particular experience.
I must also comment that Jackie’s recent singles, which she sang, seemed to fit into the flow of the concert. Prior to the concert I was wandering how they would actually affect the continuity of the total concert experience. She pulled it off well.
Of course a Jackie concert is not complete without a pre-concert and post concert gathering of the fans. It was great to be with her fans again. Without a doubt it is a real family reunion with each concert. I would also thank Frank Turban for allowing me to stay with him at the Hyatt. Jackie fans are very caring about each other.
Therefore, I will include this concert into my fond memory bank of Jackie concerts."

Re: Jackie Evancho
Jackie Evancho and Peter Hollens live on stage 'Come What May'.
I like the shy, hidden smile and the attempt to suppress a giggle (just after 4 minutes in). It's almost like the child-Jackie of a few years ago.

I can't stop thinking about what if it had been Jackie rather than Christina Grimme who was assassinated while she was signing autographs.......................................

It might be natural to feel worse if the person is someone we are more familiar with.
But it is equally tragic. Christina's fans and family are devastated that is was her. One is not more or less valuable than the other.

As you can in the video, making a video is not easy. Jackie is so real here she makes you want to give her your coat. I continue to be amazed by her versatility.

New video. If you turn the volume up it is really very good! I love when Jackie sings this song. I thought it was a great video! I don't know if a fan shot it or not. The quality is very professional!

Re: Jackie Evancho
I'm not sure what happened to the Jackie fan site Proboards. As Stephen mentioned, it seems to have been removed without any explanation.
Today is the 6th Anniversary of Jackie's first appearance on AGT, this is a pic from FB
Hard to believe that it was that long ago. Time really does fly by.
