I have no idea--that's why I was scratching my head. Got it from a facebook post. Jackie needs to change something at this point----Us old farts are getting a little discouraged and Jackie must be getting tired of the same ole. Must be a intrigue thing. One of the rare times Jackie's singing seems to be authentic. More! But as you already know I am no fan of this kitsch! crossover singing. So my opinion is not important ;)

I do agree though. Jackie has done a couple of gigs with Obama so I suppose it doesn't hurt to hang around with the other side. All it can do is to alienate fans and work opportunities imo. I do think, though , that the Evanchos are still money driven as Jackie is the only one bringing in money in that family. I will shut up now.

I think if any sections of the music industry tried to blacklist a 16 year old girl for singing the National Anthem, the backlash against the industry would be huge.
